A true example of MSC's dedication to its steel building projects, this custom five-part building consists of a 144 foot clear span warehouse, 45 windows with custom trim, standing seam roofs, angle shaped office building, parapet on two walls, and a custom loading building with angled loading wall. MSC's professional crews completed the concrete work and erected the building as well.

RV Sales & Service Kelowna, B.C.

As a single source supplier MSC supplied this custom designed 10,800 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building. MSC provided project management and our own skilled crews to complete this project. This was an involved six acre site consisting of riparian work along a fish stream, a deceleration lane, and a turn lane off HWY 97. A design build project, the building includes a showroom, parts department, mezzanine, offices, and six service bays. This building is an excellent example of what can be achieved with a pre-engineered steel building.

North Thompson Agriplex Building, Barriere, B.C.

This building features a center clear span portion of 100 feet, two 24 foot wide lean-to's, and custom translucent wall panels full length on both sides and the ends. High Terrain Helicopters Ltd, Nelson, B.C.

RV Sales & Service Lacombe, Alberta

A true design build project from start to finish. This 24,240 sq/ft RV dealership features a standing seam roof, 10 service bays, a concrete mezzanine floor, interior block fire wall, eighty foot clear span showroom, interior and exterior decorative rock work, stucco exterior finish, facades, and a drive through canopy. MSC provided complete project management throughout the project, including all site work and total project development. Gas Compression Equipment Source, Okotoks, AB

MSC provided this 8,400 sq/ft warehouse and office building and used our own skilled crews to erect in Okotoks, Alberta. This building has a 24 gauge standing seam roof with R-30 insulation and a 20 ton crane. MSC also provided project management services and helped the owner complete all interior framing and finishing. Worman Commercial, Vernon, B.C.

MSC supplied and erected this custom building, which stands as the new home of Lake City Casino in Vernon and features a 90 foot clear span center area, 24 gauge standing seam rof, and various custom canopies. Maintenance Shop and Offices, Silver Star Mountain, B.C.

The concrete work, erection and interior wood framing of this prefabricated building was completed by the skilled crews at MSC. Designed to handle 200lb snow loads, this custom building features a 22 gauge standing seam roof, 24 gauge wall cladding, 5 foot overhangs on both sidewalls, and a custom gutter. This 7,500 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building is a complete turn-key project. MSC provided project management for this extensive 8 acre site development. The site consists of riparian work along a fish bearing stream, two rail spurs with a train bridge to access the yard, four inches of super pave over the entire site, and highway access. The knowledgeable MSC crews completed this pre-engineered steel building featuring three stories of offices with over 45 windows, washrooms, lunchrooms, and reception area. The shop is complete with a metal liner panel and a concrete floor with hardener, re-bar, and re-enforcing fibers. Water Bottling Plant, Cranbrook, B.C.

A 27,500 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building for Ice River Springs, Cranbrook, B.C. Metal Structure Concepts skilled crews completed this project while allowing the existing water bottling facility to remain operational throughout the construction of this project. The concrete foundation is inclusive with a six foot grade beam wall and pilasters. The pre-engineered steel building features a 24 gauge standing seam roof, bright white metal liner panel, and a canopy over the loading docks. Recreational Facility, Fort St. John, B.C.

A 33,600 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building for Tracker Contracting, in Fort St. John, B.C. This pre-engineered steel building features a 110 foot wide clear span arena area, a 30 foot lean-to, and a colored roof. A 40,000 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building for Home Hardware located in Invermere, B.C. MSC crews completed all concrete work, steel building erection, office framing, finishing, and exterior finishing in four months. MSC specializes in design build projects and pre-engineered steel buildings.

MAAX WESCO© - Manufacturing Facility - Armstrong, B.C.

This project was a total design build effort from start to finish. Upon completion this manufacturing facility consisted of three pre-engineered steel buildings totaling 90,000 sq/ft. The project was comprised of a 44,000 sq/ft warehouse, a 27,000 sq/ft acrylic plant with a 13,000 sq/ft mezzanine floor, and two floors of offices totaling 6,000 sq/ft. MSC also disassembled and relocated an existing 10,000 sq/ft storage building on site. MSC supplied the pre-engineered steel buildings and project management, as well as, used our own crews to complete all the required concrete work, steel building erection, office framing, finishing, and total site development.

MSC supplied this custom designed 6,000 sq/ft pre-engineered steel building. This project was constructed under full design build parameters. MSC provided project management and used our own crews to complete this project from start to finish.
